  • What is the "Client Portal?"

    • The HIPAA compliant client portal is the primary place where our scheduling and communication happens in between meetings. You are not required to create or memorize a password as it is connected by your email address. To access your client portal, click the "Sign In" link that will be sent to your email address after scheduling your first appointment. If the link has expired, come back to the this website and click "Book a Session" and then "Existing Client" to have a new link sent to you.

  • How long are appointments?

    • Typically between 45 and 55 minutes.

  • Does Steve Honey Counseling accept insurance?

    • We are primarily a private pay practice which means we are not "in network" with every insurance company.

    • If we are "out of network" with your insurance provider, we are still able to provide you with a "superbill" which you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. Visit the "Pricing" page for more information on how to confirm insurance.

  • How much does it cost?

    • $150 per session
