Welcome to Steve Honey Counseling

Without a doubt, life can throw us curveballs. It can be hard and confusing beyond imagination. It can also be joyous and good. I acknowledge and appreciate that we are unique and layered individuals, and that our experiences, perceptions, and challenges—and the ways we work through them—are rarely "one size fits all."

At Steve Honey Counseling, we provide client-centered mental health therapy for adults and veterans. Our holistic approach addresses addiction, relationships, trauma, and grief (to name a few), helping clients navigate life's challenges with compassion and expertise.

In our practice, we aim for and achieve client success by remaining open and supportive to your experience while leveraging practical and applicable evidenced based practices in addition to new and well-cited approaches to mental health wellbeing. Our inspiration for work draws on both ancient and modern approaches to fulfillment and wellbeing.

It's not always easy to ask for help. It takes courage and awareness to take inventory of our lives and recognize that something is amiss or needs to change.
